Last years Spring conference was a great success, and this year we plan to deliver an even more exciting programme dedicated to advancing the field of aquatic medicine and supporting fish health and welfare. Our 2024 conference is designed to share knowledge and foster collaboration between professionals from across the globe.
This year’s day one conference topics range from hydrozoan modelling, advances in water quality monitoring, impacts of hydrozoans on gill health, policy updates and talks on treatment and prevention from the forefront of aquatic medicine.
The end of day one of the conference is celebrated with an evening dinner- the perfect opportunity to network with professionals from across the world. A short interlude during dinner sees our celebrated vet students present their informative posters on an aquaculture topic of their choosing. The winner will be chosen during the dinner and awarded a prize donated by WAVMA.
Day two of the conference is opened with talks on genetics and reproduction, the ever popular clinical club where we hear from vets in the field and closes with talks on novel diagnostic approaches.
